cotton. i'm just so weak and so soft at the same time. i have been extrememly malleable and I'm blessed to have had good parents to have led me the right way, or else, who knows what type of person i would have been. i often wished i was more like wood or better yet IRON! but everything has its pros and cons. being like cotton has helped me SO MUCH in being empathetic with others. as i know how weak i have been, i can see other people's weaknesses and i can relate. What one object would you show others to describe yourself?
I would open my empty hands and hold no object, for I am one of many people who have walked the earth, insignificant in the way that as all others have died before me so I will die, only what one perceives is there is what was made of ourselves. I perceive nothing so I show you nothing.
I know this is not exactly what you had in mind but it would be my clever answer to such a predicament.
My Laptop. Given the papers and documents I have typed in the past determines the eloquence of my speech and possible context of my conversation (school assignments---denotes the type of college courses I have taken-personality and the type of documents I compose in my spare time gives a little more insight about my personality type), coupled with my eclectic mix of music (practically all genres from classical to hip hop) with the given lyrical content, the pictures (particularly the art work/ pieces); from this one could deduce what type of person I am.
Now, to understand the type of person I am would only be achieved through, not only conversation, but interaction via a relaxed setting such as dinner or a game of cards.
